Recruitment Process

Our principles for the recruitment process are to have access to the correct target group in compliance with our corporate requirements and corporate culture, to make competency-based ratings that rely on objective evaluation criteria; to provide impartial, unbiased, uninfluenced and equal opportunities to our candidates.

Interviews are organized with candidates considered to be conformant with the criteria and the requirements of the vacant position. First interviews are made by the Human Resources Department, for evaluating the basic competencies which all of our employees must have without any exception and for evaluating functional competencies varying according to each position. Candidates considered eligible after the interview enter certain tests (numerical and verbal) related to their jobs and according to the results of the tests, candidates are interviewed further to evaluate more technical details. Second interviews are made with the participation of the manager of the unit having the vacant position.

Candidate(s)s considered to have the most appropriate profile for the vacant position following all interviews are made a job offer by the Human Resources Department.

Educational Training Opportunities

University students passing the 3rd year and entitled to attend at the 4th year of their program are provided with the opportunity of training, within the scope of training contingency if an application is made until the end of May every year and if the application is found eligible. The period of educational training is not more than 1 month.
