Salaries and Rewards

 

The salary system in Garanti Asset Management is based totally on objective criterias as to the tasks maintained. This system works with a methodology of preserving the internal salary balance and the competitive position of salary levels to market salary levels. Salaries are paid over 12 month gross payments and pay rises are made 2 times on July and January. When determining the pay rises,the inflation rate as well as the analysis of other finance corporations’ salaries are taken into account.

 

The results of individual and team performances, the success of the assets being managed and the data collected by yearly Performance Management meeting are reflected to efficiency premiums. Along with the benchmark objectives both individual and team objectives are also determined for all staff in order to achieve all the other objectives formed in accordance with the annual action plan. The Performance Management process, which is conducted by reaching the defined objectives and assessment of competence, is also used for the basic HR policies like analysis of training needs.

 

Considering the effect of individual performance to team performance and eventually to company performance, the Human Resources strategies, which make all the efforts to meet with company’s objectives, form the basis of our HR policies.
