Recruting Process

 

Our principles in the recruting process are searching out the right target group that is suitable for our corporate requirements and culture, making competence based estimations on the basis of objective evaluation criterias, giving equal opportunities to the candidates impartially and fairly.

 

Interviews will be made with the candidates among the applicants who are thought to be suitable for the requirements of the available position and criterias of our company. Related interviews will be made by Human Resources Department with the aim of probing Basic Competences that all our employees in our company must have without any exceptions and evaluation of Functional Competences that may change through the occupational basis.

 

At the end of these interviews the candidates considered to be suitable are subject to some tests (Quantitative and Verbal) related to their job and as a result of these tests second interviews are organised where more technical details are evaluated. Second interviews are made together with the manager of the related.

 

After all the interviews, a proposal is made by the Human Resources Department to the candidate/s who is/are considered to have/has the most suitable profile.

 

Internship Opportunities

 

As applied by end of May every year and evaluated positively, considering the quota, internship opportunity is given to the university students who completed their 3rd year education and have right to move on to the last grade. Internship takes maximum 1 month.
